Another Way of Living Pastor Swap
During Lent 2020, we will revisit Brethren values that inform another way of living. Each Sunday, you’ll hear from a different pastor from one of the Northern Virginia Churches of the Brethren. This is an excellent opportunity to meet and welcome these pastors, and to be challenged by the question – how should we live?

Community Sewing Day
Community Sewing Day
Our 62nd Annual Community Sewing Day will be Monday, January 20, 2020, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm at Nokesville Church of the Brethren, sponsored by the Martha Early Circle.
The event is co-sponsored by the Greenwich Presbyterian Church Quilters, who are celebrating their 6th Community Service Quilt Day. This is a special day when people from various churches and civic groups in the community gather to make lap robes and comforters for the community.
We need pieced tops 3’x 4′ for lap robes: 1 yard of material for the backs.
Bring a favorite food to share at our noon meal. The food is guaranteed to be delicious and the fellowship is great!
Family Christmas Eve Service
Please join us for worship Tuesday evening, December 24 at 7:00 pm. All are welcome for a meaningful service as we celebrate the birth of Christ – Incarnate JOY! We will sing carols, hear the traditional story presented in the Gospel of Luke, Chapter 2, share in open communion together, and conclude the service with the singing Silent Night by candlelight. This is a family-friendly service.
From our family to yours – may you be blessed by the love of Christ this Christmas.
